In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

GUNNER PATTON, age 31 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Failure to Appear/Probation Revocation;

MABLE PANGLE, age 24 of Leesburg arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on the charge of Theft of Property 4th Degree;

And

JANET FLETCHER, age 67 from Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on two separate Grand Jury Indictments – one for Domestic Violence/Menacing 3rd Degree and one for Terroristic Threats 1st Degree; that, in addition to a charge of Sale of Prohibited Liquors.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
