CENTRE– Mark your calendars for one of Centre’s biggest community traditions.

The City of Centre is inviting families to celebrate the 50th annual Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 3.

This year’s event will mark five decades of Fall Festival celebrations in Centre. The milestone celebration will feature live music, vendors, a parade, and plenty of family fun.

Young runners ages 3 through 13 will start the day with a Fun Run at 9:30 a.m. Then, the Fall Festival Parade will get underway at 10:30 a.m.

Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy live music and browse offerings from numerous vendors.

The city is also inviting vendors and participants to get involved in the celebration. Those interested in the Fun Run, parade, or a vendor space should call Centre City Hall at 256-927-5222.
