A Cherokee County man was hurt in a single-vehicle accident on Independence Day.
According to the Alabama State Trooper accident report, a Centre resident was taken for treatment following a single-vehicle wreck on Monday on County Road 24 around 10:45 that night.
The subject was iunjured after losing control of his 2005 Chevrolet – the cause of that wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
