In the arrest files for the previous 24 hours:

Christopher Browning, age 41 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Jesus Aguirre, age 43 of Dawson, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Calvin Cole, age 53 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Morgan Thacker, age 38 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
