In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Brandon Sullins, age 34 of Centre, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Timothy Allen, age 25 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on hold for another agency.

Patrick Bakes, age 34 of Tampa, Florida, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
