In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

William Henderson, age 41 of Gallion, Alabama was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of DUI-Alcohol.

Casey Beaver, age 36 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of DUI-Alcohol.

Donnie Maddox, age 41 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

Brad Fife, age 40 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Howard Halliday, age 51 of Dalton, Georgia was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

David Rodriguez, age 34 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of receiving stolen property.

Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 122 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
