In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Howard Neale, age 62 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Joshua Brown, age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of public intoxication.

Ethan Seckel, age 26 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
