Louise Ann Purdy, age 71 of Collinsville, passed away Thursday, January 09, 2025 at Riverview Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel, burial will follow in Lebanon Christian Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4:00PM until 6:00PM Monday, January 13, 2025 at the funeral home.
Ms. Purdy is survived by her husband, George Purdy, Sr.; daughters, Georgette Farmer and Cheryl Jacobs; son, George Purdy; sisters, Sandra Savage and Frances Milton; grandchildren, Charity Lumpkins, Andrew Bertram, Evelyn Bertram, Kyra Jacobs, Alexis Jacobs and Harley Jacobs; great grandson, Nico Wooten; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will include Andy Farmer, Andrew Bertram, George Purdy, Jason Wooten, John Jacobs and Tristan “Billy” Billingsley.
Ms. Purdy was the daughter of the late Charles Savage and Mamie Phillips Bradshaw and she was of the Baptist faith.
