In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

RONNY HALE, age 41 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of Failure to Appear/Invalid Insurance;

STEVIE THOMPSON, age 34 of Rome, Georgia was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and charged with – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (three counts) and also Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

KYLIN WILLIAMS, age 30 of Rome, Georgia, arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

GARY MORRISON, 45 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle;

And

AUSTIN CHAMBERS age 25 of Rainbow City was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 114 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
