GADSDEN– Jefferson’s Coach of the Year nominations are open for coaches who make a difference in the Gadsden and Rainbow City areas.
The Jefferson’s restaurants in the two communities will each select one winner for the third annual program. Each recipient will also receive a $500 Jefferson’s gift card.
In addition, each winner’s name will appear on a Coach of the Year recognition plaque displayed at the respective restaurant.
Nominations opened Oct. 6 in celebration of National Coaches Day. The submission deadline is Oct. 18 at 11:59 p.m. CST, according to the announcement. Jefferson’s will then announce the winners Nov. 16.

Jefferson’s President Brandon Graham said the program celebrates coaches whose contributions extend beyond practices and games. He also praised their willingness to show up, lead by example, and make a difference in others’ lives.
