Ronny Davis, a dedicated family man, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. He dedicated 36 years of hard work and commitment to Hexcel Corporation, where he served in many roles in the lab, with his final title being Lab Coordinator. He was known for his servant leadership, strong work ethic, and dependability. Ronny treasured the friendships he made with his colleagues over the years; his Hexcel family was very special to him. Outside of his career, his greatest passion was his family and his community.

Ronny and his wife, Susan, built a life together rooted in love, dedication, and faith. He was a proud and loving father to his two daughters and found great joy in being a Pawpaw. He cherished every moment spent with his family. Growing up on Weiss Lake, Ronny was a lifelong lover of the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and boating, often sharing those special moments with family and friends. He was deeply involved in volunteering with the Priceville Community Recreation Association, coaching softball, basketball, and football for many years. He generously gave his time at A.P. Brewer High School by serving on booster clubs and helping build and improve facilities for his daughters’ sports teams. Ronny was his daughters’ biggest supporter. He never missed games and proudly cheered them on, whether they were on the volleyball court, basketball court, or softball field. Above all, Ronny was a man of faith who believed in Jesus Christ. His life reflected kindness, humility, and a servant’s heart, always putting others before himself. His legacy lives on in the family he loved so deeply.

The family prefers donations to Shoal Creek Baptist Church, Attn: Morgan County Disaster Relief, 1077 Shoal Creek Rd, Decatur, AL 35603, or they will accept flowers.
