Etowah County Sheriff’s Office Upgrades Technology for Enforcement Division
Etowah County-The Etowah County Sheriff’s Office has issued 22 new Dell Pro Rugged 14 laptops to its Enforcement Division, providing deputies with updated, dependable technology to support their work in the field.
Officials said the new laptops are designed to withstand demanding conditions and will enhance deputies’ ability to access information, complete reports, and perform their duties more efficiently while on patrol.
The technology upgrade reflects the Sheriff’s Office’s ongoing commitment to equipping personnel with modern tools to better serve and protect the communities of Etowah County.
“Investing in our employees is investing in public safety,” said Sheriff Jonathon W. Horton. “By equipping our deputies with reliable, up-to-date technology, we’re supporting them in the work they do every day and ensuring they can serve the citizens of Etowah County as effectively as possible.”
