Emergency personnel responded to a two-vehicle accident on the Chesnut Bypass in Centre – just down from Jack’s Restaurant – prior to 10:00am Wednesday.

The collision involved a pickup truck and a passenger car; fortunately, it appeared no one was injured as a result. 

Responding agencies included the Centre Police Department, Centre Fire Department, Atrium Health Floyd EMS, and the Cherokee County Rescue Squad.
