In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

RONALD HALL, age 64 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on two counts – of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and one count of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

SHALON WEBB, age 46 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of Public Intoxication;

TOMMY FARIST, age 59 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

And

MALACHI TAYLOR, age 20 from Anniston – was arrested by Centre Police on two counts of Failure to Appear.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
