James Amos, age 52 of Kennesaw, Georgia – Reckless Endangerment and Attempting to Elude a Police Officer;

Tommie Parker, age 64 of Centre – DUI and Resisting Arrest;

Phillip Morgan, age 43 of Collinsville – Failure to Appear – Speeding, Displaying Invalid Insurance and an Insurance Violation;

Savannah Miller, age 31 of Attalla – Failure to Appear – Probation Revocation;

Dustin Bright, age 41 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear – Switched Tag, Driving while License Suspended and an Insurance Violation;

Joshua Hardin, age 37 of Gadsden – Court Order;

and

Roderick Hart, 30, and Tanda Northrup, age 35 – both of Ft Payne – HOLD for Another Agency.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
