One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Thursday morning – in neighboring DeKalb County.

According to Alabama State Troopers that collision involved a 2000 Ford and a 2010 Chevrolet.   Neither driver – a male from Rainsville and a male from Union City – was hurt; however, a female passenger in the Chevy, did require treatment at an area hospital afterwards.   No additional Information has been made available at this point.  The wreck occurred around 10:00am.
