Charles Keener age 83 passed away Monday November 29th.
A private graveside services due to covid will be Friday December 2nd at Cherokee Memory Gardens.
Survivors include wife of 63 years, Jonnie Morris Keener; son, Tony Keener; grandchildren, Jason (Diane) Keener and Toni Nicole (Ty) Green; great-grandson, Tyson Green; brother, Danny Keener; sister, Judy Singleton; brother-in-law, Freddie Morris; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Keener was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late Monroe and Della Watson Keener.
Mr. Keener was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and a member of Local 12L United Steelworkers.
