A Boaz man has been arrested in connection to the theft of a motorcycle, according to Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin. 23 year old Zachary Paden Hudgins of Boaz is charged with one count of first degree theft of property, which is a felony, according to investigator Adam Chapman.
Hudgins allegedly stole a motorcycle from a residence on Leeth Gap Cut Off Road, in Boaz, and took it to a location in Anniston.
Calhoun County investigators assisted in the recovery of the motorcycle.
Hudgins was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $5,000 bond.
