In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Kristofer Floyd, age 28 of Buchanan, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a revoked bond.

Ricky Noblitt, age 61 of Boaz, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree escape and for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Jacobi McNeal, age 36 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the chemical endangerment of a child, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brodee Deaton, age 20 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the chemical endangerment of a child, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Sandy McNeal, age 45 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree promoting prison contraband, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 108 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
