In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Toby Parker, age 43 of Cedartown, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of fugitive from justice.

Hubert Perry, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Joshua Fredregill, age 52 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of driving under the influence, violating the prohibition law, and resisting arrest.

Stacey Brooks, age 52 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
