GAYLESVILLE – Hunter Allmond tossed all seven innings, allowing no earned runs on three hits with no walks and 12 strikeouts. He was also 2-for-3 at the plate in the Gaylesville Trojans’ 3-1 baseball win over Valley Head on Friday.

Cole Hendon delivered a pair of doubles and a RBI for the Trojans. Landon Chumbler went 2-for-3 with a run. Alex Baty added a hit and a run. Jared Butts walked and scored a run. Collin Hendon earned a walk.

Gaylesville travels to Faith Christian on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
