Calhoun County Sheriff Seeking Assistance of the Public

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating two recent property crimes and is calling on the public for help and by encouraging community involvement, the Sheriff’s Office hopes to improve the public safety numbers and hold those accountable for these criminal activities.

Incident 1: Sometime between September 6th and 18th (of 2024), a 5×12 Red utility trailer was stolen from a residence on Piedmont/Jacksonville Road in Piedmont.

Incident 2: Occurring sometime on October the 7th (2024), a 2006 black Chevy Avalanche with Auburn Tiger Eyes was stolen from a residence on Seven Springs Road in Wellington.

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office greatly emphasizes the IMPORTANCE of community involvement in ensuring both safety, and also the security, of the region.
