In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JEREMY VAUGHN, age 36 of Centre – was arrested by Centre Police on the charge of Retail Theft 3rd Degree;

And

JUSTIN THOMPSON, age 35, of Summerville, Georgia – arrested by Centre Police and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 109 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
