In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

DONNIE MADDOX, 41 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Failure to Appear on previous charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts)

And

TAYLOR TAPP, age 30 from Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
