In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

TOBY HULSEY age 45 of Centre arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a count of the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia also a Probation Violation;

STEVEN MAXWELL, age 34 of Weaver – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, for Failure to Appear, on the prior charge of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

GUNNER PATTON, age 31 of Centre was arrested on two counts of Failure to Appear;

And

CAMERON HAMILTON-BLAIR, age 25 of Cedartown, Georgia was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 105 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
