In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

ALEX GOLDTHREATE, age 55 of Collinsville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with Failure to Appear on prior counts of Driving While Revoked and Operating Without Insurance;

CRYSTAL PEEK – 38 of Fort Payne – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Non-Support:

And

JONATHAN NICHOLSON – 37 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Being a Fugitive from Justice and Having a Revoked Bond, PLUS Failure to Appear charges, on a count of Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
