GUNTERSVILLE – At the Supreme Courts in Guntersville on Monday, John Welsh netted 18 points and Jake Welsh delivered 14 points in leading the Spring Garden Panthers to a 62-53 boys basketball victory over Pisgah.
Cam Welsh added 11 points for the Panthers. Chapel Pope posted nine points.

Luke Gilbert led the Eagles with 19 points, including three 3-pointers. Jakob Kirby collected 14 points, including a pair of treys. Mason Holcomb had seven points. Levi Arnold finished with six points on a pair of 3-pointers.
Spring Garden held a 16-11 advantage at the end of the first quarter and a 34-29 advantage at halftime. Pisgah battled back to take a 50-46 edge heading into the fourth quarter, but the Panthers went on a 16-3 run in the fourth quarter for the final.
