A 70 year old Etowah County man has been arrested – after allegedly attempting to entice a 13 year old girl.
Johnny Ray Hale was arrested Monday – and was charged with Enticing a Child for Immoral Purposes and one count of Indecent Exposure.
Authorities say additional charges are forthcoming.
He is currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center with bond set at $11,000.
