GADSDEN – The Cedar Bluff Lady Tigers defeated Gaston in area volleyball action on Tuesday. The scores were 25-19, 14-25 and 25-21.

Paityn Walker collected nine digs, five kills, four assists, a block and an ace for Cedar Bluff (7-7). Marlee Timm contributed five digs, four kills and two assists. Vana Martin posted 13 digs and two aces.

Cece Davis delivered six kills, an ace and a dig. Piper Cromer came away with four digs, three kills and an ace. Jakirah Brown added four digs and a kill. Makayla Kimmons and Jahleigh Dodd had seven and six kills respectively. Marley Horton finished with a dig and a block.

Cedar Bluff is at Valley Head on Thursday.
