SYLVANIA – Sydni Frost delivered what proved to be the game-winning RBI-single in the top of the eighth inning to lift the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 4-3 softball win at Sylvania.
Emma Hill earned the complete game victory. She gave up three runs on seven hits with no walks and 14 strikeouts.
Kaylee Lewis led the Lady Warriors at the plate by going 3-for-4 with a RBI. Bristol Bass and Sofie Dawson also drove in a run apiece.
