Officials anticipate a closure from approximately noon to 5 p.m. Eastern, or 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central. However, the report notes that the exact timing has not been finalized.

In addition, officials plan to close Airport Road SE, behind the airport, throughout Friday.

The report also says authorities will prohibit parking along Airport Road, including its shoulders and county easements. The restrictions also cover connecting roads and their shoulders. Vehicles in restricted areas face towing.

Officials additionally warn that attendees must not bring weapons in their vehicles. According to the report, anyone found with a weapon will have to leave on foot and retrieve their vehicle after the event concludes.

Drivers should allow additional travel time and follow directions from officers near the airport. Those attending should also check for updated traffic and entry instructions before leaving home.
