An early-morning shooting at an Etowah County home, left one man dead and two people in custody. Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched just after 1:00am today (Thursday), to a home in the 2000 block of Self Street in Altoona. They arrived to find 35-year-old Tyler Golden, who lived at the residence – dead.
A male and a female were taken into custody at the scene.
Authorities state the investigation is on-going and charges ARE expected, however additional details are yet to be released. Attalla Police, Altoona Fire, Amed Ambulance Service, and Jacksonville State Center for Applied Forensics all assisted in the investigation.
