Jonathon McGatha, age 40 of Piedmont – FTA on previous charges of DV 3rd, VPL, Operating a Vehicle without Insurance and Open Container Violation;

Rebecca Borders, 36 of Centre – Disorderly Conduct;

Terry Soloman, 51 of Leesburg – Court Order

and

Joe Murphy, 59 of Cedar Bluff – TOP 4th

Arrests are based on probable cause, and all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
