Mitchell Battles, age 45 of Centre – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Joshua Taylor, age 29 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – Unlawful Distribution/Furnishing a Controlled Substance – and Certain Persons Forbidden to Carry a Pistol;

and

Orlando Alverio, age 30 of Atlanta, Georgia – Attempting to Elude.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
