Cherokee County Arrest Files:Chase Kirby, age 43 of Centre – Burglary 2nd Degree and Arson 2nd Degree;

Raymond Shepard, age 39 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

David Smith, age 31 of Rainbow City – DUI/Alcohol;

Jacob Williamson, age 24 of Piedmont – Obstruction/Bail Jumping;

and

Erica Peyton, age 36 of Cedar Bluff – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 88 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
