GADSDEN – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats improved to 23-4 on the basketball season with a 79-11 thrashing of Gaston on Saturday.
Lanie Henderson led the Lady Wildcats with 17 points and six rebounds. Katelyn StClair and Caley Garrett contributed 11 points apiece. Emilee Burton had nine points. Kennedy Henderson added eight points and seven rebounds. Haley Grace Lisenbee finished with seven points, seven steals and four assists.
Sand Rock travels to Sylvania on Tuesday.
