Tesla Smith, age 29 of Rockmart, Georgia – Possession of Dangerous Drugs (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Eddy Hill, age 48 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Misty Culpepper, age 39 of Centre – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance/Meth and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Anthony Presley, age 37 of Rockkmart, Georgia – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (two counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

James Weaver, age 45 of Centre – Probation Violation and Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

and

Larry Gowens, age 41 of Southside – Alias Writ of Arrest.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention center.
