Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Billy Turner, 29 of Gaylesville – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay;

Xzavire Hood, age 23 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear/Comply/Pay (three counts) and Promoting Prison Contraband/Drugs;

and

Jonathan Stone, age 45 of Boaz – Bondsman off Bond/Violation of Protection Order

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
