JERRY LEE BENNETT, age 66 of Centre, passed away Friday, November 8th at UAB.

Funeral services will be 2: PM Tuesday, November 12th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Corey Agricola officiating; burial will follow in Howell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8: PM Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers include Chris Vaughn, Wade Hunter, Brent Rogers, Shane Lambert, Gage Movitz, Roger Edgeworth, Freddie Gossett, Bobo Broome. 

Survivors include daughters, Keisa (Shawn) Movitz of Jacksonville, Carrie (Kevin) Hunter of Centre; brother, Glenn Trapp of Summerville, GA; 7 grandchildren, Brittney (Jerry) Tucker of Leesburg, Chris (Denise) Vaughn of Centre, Wade (Kirstyn) Hunter of Centre, Gage (Alexis) Movitz of Oxford, Raven Rhinehart of Borden Springs, Autumn Hunter of Centre, Piper Movitz of Jacksonville; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Dewey Ray Bennett.

Mr. Bennett was a native of Summerville, GA, the son of the late Dewey Lee Bennett and Eula Frances Nixon (Robert Lee) Wheeler, he was a tree surgeon and was of the Baptist faith.

Memorials may be made for funeral expenses or the family will accept flowers.
