Both the driver and a passenger were injured in a single-vehicle accident, taking place early Sunday morning on Highway 35 in Cherokee County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report that wreck occurred at 5:50am and involved a 2000 Chevrolet; both occupants were from Cedar Bluff. No information regarding the extent of their injuries was noted on the report.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
