We had a report of a minor accident involving an 18 wheeler around 4:00am Thursday – on County Road 62 at 99. No one was hurt in the mishap. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report listed that driver as Robert Edward Stack – a 52 year old resident of Miami Shores, Florida. Stack was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center on a charge of DUI at 7:08am, and was released at 8:37am after making bond of $500.
