In the arrest files for the previous 24 hours:

Dustin Bright, age 45 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Todd Stone, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree criminal trespass.

Jeremy Brown, age 46 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the possession of unlawful hemp.

Kristin Foster, age 34 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 1st degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
