A Cherokee County teen was located safe after he was reported missing on Thursday by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office. According to Investigators 14 year old Ricky Rivera ran away from his residence in the Fairview Community and was initially thought to be heading to Fort Payne.
Ricky had last been seen wearing a camouflage hat, sunglasses, and blue jeans with holes in both knees. The missing teen is believed to be traveling in a 98 GMC Sierra blue pickup truck.
Shortly after we posted Rivera’s photo he was located safe by sheriff’s office investigators. No additional details have been released at this time.
