Fast food reportedly translated to quick cash for one employee of the Jack’s restaurant located on Quintard Avenue in Anniston.

Police are investigating the theft of around $800 from the restaurant – reportedly by one of their assistant managers.

Officers say the theft took place between April 1st and May 1st, and they have surveillance video of the suspect apparently stealing money; she had recently been fired from her position.

Investigators are still reviewing the footage before bringing charges.

According to the Anniston Star, the suspect could be charged with second degree theft – which is a felony.
