A Rome man is accused of inappropriately touching a teenage girl and exposing himself to others.
According to records at the Floyd County Jail, 67-year-old Paul Alan Edwards of a Woods Road address touched a teenage girl in a sexual manner on separate occasions between December 15th and April 18th.
He was also seen by four teenage girls unclothed outside his home.
Edwards was arrested and charged with a felony count of Sexual Battery against a Child Under 16 and four misdemeanor counts of Public Indecency.
He has since been released on bond.
