In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Casey Beaver, age 38 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Dana Law, age 58 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of domestic violence 3rd degree harassment.

Jamie Dawson, age 40 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of 2nd degree retail theft.

Jason Kitchens, age 49 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Taz Cox, age 32 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree criminal trespassing.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 120 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
