The Ft. Payne Improvement Authority has implemented an advanced outage notification system that alerts crews when an outage occurs. Please utilize our new Outage Map found at https://www.hometowngrid.com/fpia to check the status of an outage.

Customers may now text or call 833-717-0671 to report outages at any time. This direct number has the capability to handle high call volume during larger outage events. Customers may also send photos and outage information to the same number. (Do not approach any downed power line or other equipment.)

Cooperative Response Center (CRC) is still available via option 3 to handle any payment needs and process connects after hours.
