In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Alex Poole, age 34 of Nahunta, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Bobby Duncan, age 76 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree theft of property and two counts of 2nd degree forgery.

Daniel Crane, age 28 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree domestic violence, domestic violence strangulation, and the violation of a protection order.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 116 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
