In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

George Brusaw, age 49 of Gulf Shores, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Justin Reddish, age 27 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

Cora Lumpkin, age 45 of Calhoun, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation violation and for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 75 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
