* WHAT…North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE…Much of Central Alabama.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Trees could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Especially with the wet soil from the rain this morning.
